Our fully compliant specialist blood courier service can be booked to collect your samples/specimens on a daily basis.
In the event that your patient is able to visit our phlebotomy clinic at 8 Regent Gate, High Street, Waltham Cross, EN8 7AF, please call 020 8143 1539 or Book a time.
The clinic is open Monday to Friday from 10am – 3pm, and whilst we can accept walk-ins (with referral from a Healthcare Practitioner only), it is advised that an appointment be arranged to avoid unnecessary waiting time for the patient.
Result Reporting
Results will be available within 72 hours.

Our IT and Systems Specialist, responsible for implementing advanced technology solutions for over 35 years, ensures that our IT infrastructure is secure, efficient, and compliant, supporting seamless operations.
On this basis, you will be provided with a unique customer log-in to retrieve and store all of your results electronically and securely. It is possible to download or print this information in .pdf format. You will be notified by email as soon as they are available.
